 Means of transport were often taken in picture for postcards. And the spare time to wait the bus or the ship could be used to write a few words. the Ship to Le Havre There were in fact several steamers:  |

       It can be noted that there was also a regular ship between Honfleur and Southampton.  |

 From Honfleur to Villers, it was possible to appreciate the "speed" of this new mean of transport. The postcards showing this 25km trip are now much sought after.  |

 There is also a series showing the whole trip from Honfleur to Trouville, named "Norman coast road by bus" . The Station Arriving by train in the city center is no longer possible, but 100 years ago, this was the most common way to arrive in Honfleur.  |
